Leanne Thomas has been practicing Yoga for 25 years and teaching for 12 years. She is a certified Yoga teacher dedicated to teaching
asana, pranayama, and meditation. Her teaching style is beginner-friendly, yet her experience in teaching and practice allows for her to offer continued challenge to the experienced yogi. Leanne has a variety of teaching experience including Vinyasa flow, therapeutic
and medical applications, prenatal, biomechanics and alignment based movement. Currently, Leanne certifies instructors at the 200-hour level through Yoga Alliance and leads retreats in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. As a Christian, she hopes to encourage everyone to connect with God in everything they do, resting in His grace, love, and peace and captivating every thought,
breath and movement as an act of worship.
