Michael Carroll has practiced yoga for over 12 years, and has been teaching for three years. Michael leads power yoga classes with poses mostly from the Ashtanga series. Micheal presently teaches at Blackberry Farm, The YMCAs of Greater Knoxville, Bike N Tri Community Yoga in Maryville, Billy Lush Paddleboard Yoga, and at a variety of public and private events. Michael is also a Personal Trainer and a Group Exercise Instructor, leading strength, mobility, flexibility, and stretching, paddleboarding, cycling, spin, running and boot camp programs. Michael holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a specialty in Machine Design and as a professional member of The American College of Sports Medicine.
